Shankar confirmed the cast of the '3 Idiots' Tamil version. Vijay is playing therole of Aamir Khan, Ileana D'Cruz will do the role of Kareena kapoor, Jeeva will do the role of Madhavan, Srikanth will do the role of Sharman Joshy and Sathyraj do the role of Bomman Iranis.
Shankar is planning to have a Tamil title for tax reasons. Harris Jayaraj isscoring music for the flick and Manoj Paramahamsa is cinematographer for the film. Gemini Film Circuit is producing the film.
The shoot will be kick start on December 6th.
