Vijay, Srikanth and Jiiva are 'Idiots'
We finally know who are the three lucky ones playing the 'idiots' in Shankar's Tamil remake of 3 idiots. TOI has learnt that Vijay, Srikanth and Jiiva have been zeroed in to play the lead in the film, which will go on floors in the first week of December.
3 idiots, directed by Rajkumar Hirani, had Aamir Khan, Sharman Joshi and Madhavan in the lead and was one of Aamir's biggest hits ever. Earlier this year, it was reported that Shankar would be remaking the film in Tamil and Telugu. While Vijay was finalised earlier to play Aamir's role, names including Siddharth, Vinay Rai and Nakul were thrown around for the other two roles!
