Known for his versatility, the actor selects his characters with care. While he plays a photojournalist called Ashwin in Ko, he plays a boxer in Vandhaan Vendraan and a person waiting for a railway job in Rowthiram.
And that's not all. Like the icing on a cake, he also has an offer to act in the Tamil version of Three Idiots that is to be directed by ace director Shankar.
Says Jiiva politely, "It's true. I have been approached for a role in the Tamil version of Three Idiots. Shankar sir spoke to me about the project and it has a lot of positive points. I'm interested in doing the role. Let's see."
