A few days back it was reported that the ace director Shankar will be taking the remake project ‘3 Idiots’ and making it in both Tamil and Telugu.
This project is going to be Shankar’s first remake project in his career. Now the latest and more interesting news is that the film casts three famous stars Vijay, Jeeva and Siddharth in three main roles. It is really eye feasting to see three top heroes acting together and that too in the film making in Shankar’s unique style.
However, Shankar in his 17 years career he never directed any remake film. He is popular for creating new stories with a commercial touch . But now, it seems the passion has changed.
Kollywood megastar Vijay was confirmed to play Aamir Khan’s role in ‘3 Idiots’ remake which is to be produced by Gemini Film Circuit.
This will be a milestone film in Vijay’s career as his long dream to act under Shankar’s direction will comes true.
The heroine of this film is yet to be decided.
Sources say that currently Shankar is keenly waiting for the release of his latest forthcoming flick ‘Endhiran’ starring Rajinikanth. So, soon after the release of the film this remake project is likely to commence.
